I spent a few days in San Francisco this summer surrounded by some of the heavyweights of the wedding industry. It was good, real good. I walked away with a notion of confidence and a stirring of something better to come, for me and for my clients. I cannot necessarily verbalize what I took away from the Visual Supply Co workshop, (or would I reveal all the many, many secrets:), but I know it was great. It’s that greatness that has caused this uproar inside, to give more to those who graciously choose to have me as a part their lives.

I want to offer the very best of me… and actually deliver, the very best of me.

That’s all.

I aim to do that now, and in many days to come.

Below are some of the images I shot while following these good folks around. Admittedly, I have slacked in sharing this experience, but my motivation to share has coincided with the release of some handy tools from Visual Supply Co. For those interested, the images below have all been processed with their new VSCO Film presets for Lightroom & ACR, (only). The nice part about these? The images do not stray from my typical processing. But what they do offer is a vacation from Photoshop… and that’s always nice.
Thank you VSCO for working so hard to make my life easier.

Heather – These look GREAT! What a cool thing to walk away from a workshop being more inspired to grow as a photographer. I’ve been to several where I didn’t feel like that at all afterwards. Thank you for sharing!!
